When a user connects a TikTok account, we receive and store: the TikTok access and refresh tokens, basic profile information (open ID, display name, avatar, profile link), account statistics (follower, following, like and video counts) and a list of the account's published videos. We also store the videos, captions and settings that users upload for publishing.
We use this data only to publish scheduled videos to the connected account, to show which account a post will be published to, and to display basic performance information to the account owner. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
All data is stored on our own server hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. We do not sell data or share it with third parties, except with TikTok to perform the actions requested by the user.
Data is kept as long as the account is connected. When a user disconnects the account or revokes access, the tokens and profile data are deleted. Uploaded media is deleted after publishing or on request.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact us at the email address above.
You can revoke the service's access at any time in the TikTok app under Settings → Security → Manage app permissions.
